Over the years the Viewpoint residents have developed a very strong community atmosphere with enduring bonds and a pride of ownership.
This website is powered by a 'community based' software program with many built-in interactive features. These features would help strengthen the community ties while improving our communications, and serve as the central location for storage and easy access to condominium documents.
Viewpoint Condominium Association is managed by Ameri-Tech Management Company with volunteer residents serving on the Board. We are committed to manage the Condominium to maximize its value to the Owners through Safety, Fiscal Responsibility, Cleanliness, Efficiency and Good Citizenship.
